Evolution Petroleum (EPM) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.05; 2.5% Yield

Evolution Petroleum (NYSE: EPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 50% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
