PriceSmart (NASDAQ: PSMT) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.35 per share, or $0.7 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2015.
