Macerich (MAC) Misses Q4 FFO by 4c; Guides FY15 FFO

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.99, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $322.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.54 million.

Macerich sees FY2015 EPS of $3.80-$3.90, versus the consensus of $3.85.
