Rockwell Automation (ROK) Declares $0.65 Quarterly Dividend; 2.3% Yield

Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
