Independent Bank Group (NASDAQ: IBTX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.

The dividend will be payable on February 26, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 12, 2015.
