Validus Holdings (VR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.32; 3.2% Yield

Validus Holdings (NYSE: VR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
