Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) reported Q4 FFO of $0.87, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $664.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $664.27 million.

Equity Residential FFO Q1 2015 EPS of $0.77-$0.81, versus the consensus of $0.79.

Equity Residential FFO FY2015 EPS of $3.35-$3.45, versus the consensus of $3.38.
