EV Energy Partners (EVEP) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 35.5% to $0.50; 14.3% Yield

EV Energy Partners (NASDAQ: EVEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 35.5% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.775.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 5, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 14.3 percent.
