Alliance Holdings (NASDAQ: AHGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.915 per share, or $3.66 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.8925.

The dividend will be payable on February 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2015.
