Aimco (AIV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.7% to $0.28; 2.7% Yield

Aimco (NYSE: AIV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
