QEP Midstream Partners (NYSE: QEPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 3, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.8 percent.
