Valero Energy (VLO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 45.5% to $0.40; 3.3% Yield

Valero Energy (NYSE: VLO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 45.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.275.

The dividend will be payable on February 3, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 11, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 9, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
