First Interstate BancSystem (FIBK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.20; 3.2% Yield

First Interstate BancSystem (NASDAQ: FIBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 18, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
