AGCO Corp. (NYSE: AGCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
