CMS Energy (CMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.4% to $0.29; 3.1% Yield

CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 7.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 6, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 4, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
