Graham Holdings (GHC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.9% to $2.65; 1.2% Yield

Graham Holdings (NYSE: GHC) declared a quarterly dividend of $2.65 per share, or $10.6 annualized. This is a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $2.55.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
