Greene County Bancorp (NASDAQ: GCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2015.
