CONE Midstream Partners (CNNX) Declares $0.2148 Quarterly Dividend

CONE Midstream Partners (NYSE: CNNX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2148 per unit with respect to the period commencing on September 30, 2014 (the closing date of the partnership's initial public offering) through December 31, 2014. This prorated amount corresponds to the partnership's minimum quarterly distribution of $0.2125 per unit, or $0.85 per unit on an annualized basis. As previously disclosed, the partnership adjusted its first cash distribution for the period from the closing of its initial public offering through December 31, 2014 based on the number of days in that period.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2015.
