Vanguard Natural Resources (NASDAQ: VNR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $2.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2015.
