Boston Private Financial (NASDAQ: BPFH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on February 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2015.
