OCI Resources (NYSE: OCIR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5315 per share, or $2.126 annualized. This is a 1.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.525.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.2 percent.
