Ardmore Shipping (ASC) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 3.5% Yield

Ardmore Shipping (NYSE: ASC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 18, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
