Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2015.
