Horizon Health Corp. (Nasdaq: HORC) 28.5% LOWER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.24, 6 cents worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $76.2 million versus the consensus of $75.9 million. Seese FY06 EPS of $0.78-$0.80 versus the consensus of $0.94. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.02-$1.06 versus the consensus of $1.32.

NMS Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: NMSS) 24% LOWER; expects Q2 revenue to be between $25.0 and $26.0 million, Non-GAAP net loss of $0.02-$0.03 and a GAAP net loss of $0.06 and $0.07. This compares to previously issued company guidance of total revenue between $29 and $31 million, non-GAAP earnings per share between $0.02 and $0.04 and GAAP loss per share of $0.02 to breakeven.

LESCO Inc. (Nasdaq: LSCO) 16.6% LOWER; anticipates net revenue growth of 5% to 6% for its Stores Segment while net revenue for its Direct Segment is anticipated to decline 34% to 35%. The Company previously estimated a full-year increase of 10% to 12% in the Stores Segment and a decline of 14% to 15% in the Direct Segment. Based on these revised revenue estimates and the related de-leveraging of gross profit, LESCO expects to incur a net loss on a consolidated basis of approximately $4 million for the full year 2006.

Business Objects (Nasdaq: BOBJ) 14% LOWER; said total revenue for the second quarter of 2006 is expected to be approximately $287 to $291 million, versus prior guidance of $295 to $300 million. non-GAAP diluted earnings per share are expected to be $0.25 to $0.28 versus prior guidance of $0.30 to $0.33. The current consensus is $298.5 million and $0.33, respectively.

O2Micro International Ltd. (Nasdaq: OIIM) 13% LOWER; reducing its previously announced earnings guidance for the second quarter of 2006. The company expects that revenues for the second quarter 2006 may be down 3 - 4% from the first quarter. The company attributed the change in revenue guidance to a slowdown in sales of LCD monitors, LCD TVs and notebooks.

Lear Corp. (NYSE: LEA) 4% HIGHER; Jim Cramer higlighs on Mad Money as a value stock

Palomar Medical Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PMTI) 4% HIGHER; will replace Laserscope (NASDAQ: LSCP) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Wednesday, July 12

Starbucks Corp. (Nasdaq: SBUX) 3.5% LOWER; said on a comparable store sales basis, June sales at Company-operated stores increased 6%, versus the consensus of 7%.

Tibco Software Inc. (Nasdaq: TIBX) 3.5% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.08, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $121.2 million versus the consensus of $117.96 million.

Hooker Furniture Corporation (NASDAQ: HOFT) INDICATED HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.49, versus the consensus of $0.32. Revenues came in at $90.7 million versus the consensus of $86.7 million.
