Gladstone Land (NASDAQ: LAND) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.03.

The dividend will be payable on February 3, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 21, 2015.
