Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ: KALU) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 21, 2015.
