Core Laboratories N.v. (CLB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.55; 2.1% Yield

Core Laboratories N.v. (NYSE: CLB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on February 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 21, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
