Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per share, or $1.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 21, 2015.
