ADT Corp. (ADT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.21; 2.3% Yield

ADT Corp. (NYSE: ADT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on February 18, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 28, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 26, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
