Ford Motor (F) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.15; 4% Yield

Ford Motor (NYSE: F) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.

The dividend will be payable on March 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.

This increase is consistent with the company’s capital strategy of financing its plan, further strengthening its balance sheet and providing attractive returns to shareholders.
