Felcor Lodging Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FCH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.02.

The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
