New Residential Investment (NRZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.6% to $0.38; 11.6% Yield

New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is an 8.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.6 percent.
