Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster named Web.com Group (NASDAQ: WWWW) his Top Small Cap pick for 2015. The firm reiterated an Overweight rating and price target of $25.00.
Munster commented, "Web is our top small cap pick for 2015. We believe the company will end 2 consecutive quarters of disappointments when they report the December quarter and guide for the Mar-14 quarter, which should be a near term positive for shares of WWWW. More importantly, we believe the company is well positioned to increase ARPU as advertisers engage with Web’s higher value services. Lastly, there is a subtle catalyst in 2015 as more high level domains (GTLD’s including .web, .guru, and others) are released, which should increase Web’s top of funnel, which could add 2-3% to 2015 revenue. We are initiating estimates through 2020 and reiterating our $25 price target based on 11% 2016E FCFE."
