Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16625.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
