W. P. Carey (WPC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.1% to $0.95; 5.5% Yield

W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.95 per share, or $3.8 annualized. This is a 1.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.94.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
