Capella Education Company (NASDAQ: CPLA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized. This is a 5.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 24, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 22, 2014.
