CoreSite Realty (COR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.42; 4.4% Yield

CoreSite Realty (NYSE: COR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
