Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: MORN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is an 11.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 7, 2015.
