Cracker Barrel (NASDAQ: CBRL) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share, or $4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 5, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 14, 2015.
