Omnicare, Inc. (OCR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.22; 1.3% Yield

Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE: OCR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on December 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on December 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
