Universal Health Realty (UHT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 0.8% to $0.635; 5.2% Yield

Universal Health Realty (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.635 per share, or $2.54 annualized. This is a 0.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.630.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on December 17, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 15, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.2 percent.
