Wisconsin Energy (WEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.4225; 3.4% Yield

Wisconsin Energy (NYSE: WEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4225 per share, or $1.69 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
