Erie Indemnity (NASDAQ: ERIE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.681 per share, or $2.724 annualized. This is a 7.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.635.

The dividend will be payable on January 21, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 6, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 2, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
