Mid-america Apartment (MAA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.5% to $0.77; 4.3% Yield

Mid-america Apartment (NYSE: MAA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.77 per share, or $3.08 annualized. This is a 5.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.73.

The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
