Agree Realty (NYSE: ADC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 4.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on January 6, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 23, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 19, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
