Eltek Ltd (ELTK) Reports Q3 Loss of $0.05/Share

Eltek Ltd (NASDAQ: ELTK) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.05), versus $0.09 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.73 million, versus $12.76 million reported last year.

Excluding a one-time expense of $559,000 related to a previously announced management downsizing, and a goodwill impairment charge associated with the acquisition of our German subsidiary, Kubatronik, net profit for the third quarter was $27,000, compared to net profit of $585,000, or $0.09 per fully diluted share, for the third quarter of 2013.
