WhiteHorse Finance (NASDAQ: WHF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.355 per share, or $1.42 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 19, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 17, 2014.
