CBL & Assoc. Properties (CBL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.2% to $0.265; 5.6% Yield

CBL & Assoc. Properties (NYSE: CBL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.265 per share, or $1.06 annualized. This is an 8.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.245.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
