National Bankshares (NASDAQ: NKSH) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.58 per share, or $1.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 5, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 24, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 20, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
