S&W Seed (SANW) Misses Q1 EPS by 2c, Offers Guidance

S&W Seed (NASDAQ: SANW) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.08), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.16 million versus the consensus estimate of $7.4 million.

S&W Seed sees Q2 revenue of $12 million, versus the consensus of $11.19 million. While markets remain dynamic and quarterly variation should be expected, management's goal is approximately 10% organic revenue growth in fiscal 2015.
